Shipping within Australia:

We ship via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers depending on the location where the goods are being shipped to. Shipping times vary, but on average it should not take longer than 3 working days. Please contact us if you have not received the goods within 5 working days after they were shipped.

We use a flat rate of $9.95 for all Australian deliveries or you can use a weight based option that can be sent registered mail.

All product and freight prices are inclusive of GST.

We ship all orders within 3 working days of receipt of order.

We keep inventory of all our goods, but if for some reason the item you have ordered is unavailable or there is a delay with the shipping, we will contact you straight away with the option to change or cancel the order, or with a time when the item can be shipped.

Shipping Internationally:

We can ship your crocodile products to all destinations around the world.
The following options are available:

Regular Air Mail

Delivered to most destinations around the world by 7-10 working days.

Registered Post International

Same delivery time as Regular Air Mail, but with proof of posting and signature on delivery.

Express Courier International

Delivery to major cities in 26 countries by 2-4 business days. Full tracking and signature on delivery.

Express Courier International Platinum

Guaranteed delivery to major cities in 26 countries within 2 business days. Full tracking at every handling point and signature on delivery.

Flat Rate

Regular airmail to all destinations at the cost of $20.

Fedex

Please contact us for a quote to your destination. Please note that this option is normally the most expensive.
